{"id":791,"date":"2020-01-18T12:58:25","date_gmt":"2020-01-18T11:58:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alexianeriou.fr\/?p=791"},"modified":"2020-01-18T14:01:16","modified_gmt":"2020-01-18T13:01:16","slug":"petit-glossaire-et-pour-reparler-de-francis-bacon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/alexianeriou.fr\/?p=791","title":{"rendered":"Petit glossaire \u2026et pour reparler de Francis Bacon"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on lit ou \u00e9coute des commentaires sur des \u0153uvres d\u2019art dans divers domaines, musical, th\u00e9\u00e2tral, pictural etc\u2026, on observe l\u2019emploi de certaines expressions, dont on conna\u00eet peu ou prou le sens,&nbsp; et que parfois on utilise courageusement, mais il peut \u00eatre bon d\u2019en conna\u00eetre le sens pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment et voir o\u00f9 et comment les utiliser.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commen\u00e7ons par&nbsp;\u00abapollinien&nbsp;\u00bb et&nbsp;\u00abdionysiaque&nbsp;\u00bb. Ces adjectifs, issus de noms de dieux grec, Apollon et Dyonisius, proviennent de \u00ab&nbsp;La Naissance de la trag\u00e9die \u00bb&nbsp;de Nietzsche. Le philosophe oppose la beaut\u00e9 id\u00e9ale, qu\u2019inspire Apollon, \u00e0 quelque chose de difforme qui serait dionysiaque. Comme cela vient de Nietzsche, c\u2019est \u00e0 consommer sans mod\u00e9ration, mais h\u00e9las vous ne produirez pas l\u2019effet escompt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apollinien&nbsp;: qui rel\u00e8ve de&nbsp; l\u2019\u00e9clat du soleil et de la lumi\u00e8re, la beaut\u00e9 id\u00e9ale est son \u00e9l\u00e9ment&nbsp;; participe de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dionysiaque&nbsp;: qui rel\u00e8ve de l\u2019ivresse jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019extase, l\u2019oubli de soi&nbsp;; qui pr\u00e9sente un caract\u00e8re difforme&nbsp;; rel\u00e8ve de la d\u00e9mesure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La trag\u00e9die na\u00eet de la confrontation entre les deux styles. De la confrontation de ces deux styles surgit le tragique (voir Elie Faure, histoire de l\u2019art, 1909) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut le dire plus simplement. Le jaune claironnant du fond permet de mettre en valeur la figure repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e, provoquer des sentiments&nbsp; \u00e9motionnels plus purs,&nbsp; au moyen de couleurs plus froides, alors m\u00eame qu\u2019on n\u2019y est gu\u00e8re enclin par le caract\u00e8re grotesque du personnage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut aussi opposer le jaune fluorescent et les lignes g\u00e9om\u00e9triques, d\u2019une vision platonicienne, aux contorsions et au corps tortur\u00e9, de l\u2019univers plus cruel&nbsp; d\u2019Eschyle, auteur&nbsp; qui influen\u00e7a Bacon. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/alexianeriou.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/bacon-oedipe.jpg?resize=768%2C1024\" alt=\"Francis Bacon, \u0152dipe et le sphinx revisit\u00e9. Le rose \u00e9tincelant et les lignes g\u00e9om\u00e9triques apportent un caract\u00e8re id\u00e9al, lumineux (Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un tr\u00e8s grand tableau et la surface rose est donc importante) qui contraste avec le c\u00f4t\u00e9 dionysiaque apport\u00e9 par l\u2019aspect monstrueux, animal de l\u2019athl\u00e8te, renforc\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un insecte dans l\u2019espace sugg\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vital dans \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9nergie vitale \u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0puissance vitale\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0principe vital\u00a0\u00bb ou mieux \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9lan vital\u00a0\u00bb, cette derni\u00e8re expression\u00a0 renvoyant\u00a0 \u00e0\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9volution cr\u00e9atrice\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019Henri Bergson,\u00a0 et ce philosophe pla\u00eet davantage aux artistes qu\u2019aux scientifiques.\u00a0 Donc on peut y aller, mais cela donne toujours un peu l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 court d\u2019id\u00e9es. Ce corps est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans le pr\u00e9sent et sans effet narratif. Selon Michel Leiris, \u00ab\u00a0la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u2019un corps est plus intens\u00e9ment ressentie si on a l\u2019impression que ce corps se trouve dans un \u00e9quilibre douteux (posture qui est l\u2019inverse d\u2019un repos) ou dans un \u00e9tat d\u2019effort.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut d\u2019ailleurs simplement y voir la repr\u00e9sentation d\u2019un corps boulevers\u00e9 t\u00e9moignant de la force int\u00e9rieure d\u2019un \u00eatre humain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tragique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp; \u00ab&nbsp;vision tragique&nbsp;\u00bb appara\u00eet dans ce que cela signifie certes une issue funeste mais davantage dans ce qu\u2019il y a d\u2019in\u00e9luctable, d\u2019irr\u00e9m\u00e9diable \u2013 It\u2019s&nbsp; bound to happen-. On voit les choses venir&nbsp; mais on ne peut&nbsp; rien y&nbsp; faire. Les couleurs froides l\u2019emportent sur les tons chauds, souffle&nbsp; de vie encore pr\u00e9sent. Le destin du personnage dans le panneau central est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fix\u00e9. Ce sera la mort par suicide. A droite, c\u2019est l\u2019autoportrait&nbsp; de Francis Bacon mais n\u2019est-il pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur la table dissection&nbsp;?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le caract\u00e8re figuratif ou narratif pour le panneau central n\u2019a que&nbsp; peu d\u2019importance.
